Sovereign Euphonium

A silver -plated Besson Sovereign Euphonium 
(Serial Number 967-7171443) 
was stolen on 13th November 2008 in Pickering.  
This instrument is the property of Swinton Band.

The Cottingham Band

We are at present at a low ebb and need to rebuild to somewhere near our former glory. We have been in this position before and have recovered. The band is 150years old in 2009. We have a full set of good instruments and extensive percussion. Our bandroom is good with all facilities. We have a loyal following of patrons which provide a 100 plus audience at local concerts. 

What we need is an enthusiastic conductor and an influx of players willing to reform this old band.
